Whatever you may think about Google, they do have some great tools and resources. Here is one that you may not have heard of: Google Talks or Talks at Google – http://www.youtube.com/user/AtGoogleTalks

Google brings in some of the best people in the world to discuss their field of expertise to Googlers.  Google videotapes it and shares it with the world.  It is sort of like TED Talks but are about an hour long.

They bring in a wide variety of speakers from:  writers, scientists, artists, musicians,  politicians, and more.

I think of this as a way to leverage Google’s resources as it gives insight into how they want to train and influence their team.  Check it out and let me know your favorite Google Talk.
