Wedding Wednesday Tip

We have gone to and been a part of many weddings.  All of them have been wonderful.  I was just thinking about what makes for a great wedding.  From our perspective, I think adding your personality in the details makes a wedding really stand out.

One example that sticks out in my mind is my friends’ wedding where they had breakfast food as part of the buffet.  In addition to the prime rib and other “standard” wedding dinner food there were trays of bacon, eggs, and hash browns.  This was awesome!  It made me realize, they should serve bacon as a standard side with prime rib.  It’s like a bacon-wrapped filet mignon with every bite.  (Sorry vegan friends but it’s so delicious.)  All the guests loved it and we still talk about it today.

Another example, another client had a carnival theme complete with games and a carnival barker as their MC.

I encourage you to add your personality to your wedding.  Your friends and family love you and will admire the little touches that make you unique.
