You don’t have to overthink this. Some simple ways to educate your clients could be to share some insight into what is happening in your industry. If you are a financial advisor, you can give your input on how world affairs are affecting the S&P 500.
This doesn’t have to be expensive either. A way to make someone happy is to give them a smile. You could send them a handwritten note thanking them for their business.
Solving someone’s problem should be the easiest of them all. If your business, product, or service is worth anything then it should be solving someone’s problem.
